We use the information that you have given us in order to provide the best treatment plan on individual basis.
We may share this information with (anonymised): supervision and training facilities. However, in rare cases with risk of life or terror-offences: law enforcement and/or medical professionals.
How we store your information
Your information is securely stored at Hestercombe Gardens, Cheddon Fitzpaine, Taunton, Somerset TA2 8LG, according to regulations.
We keep clinical notes, recordings and contact details for seven years. We will then dispose your information by shredding.
