Being in nature can help us reach feelings and toughts. Feeling connected to nature can soothe us whilst giving us a sense of connection. During our outdoor therapy, I use our experience outside as a link to emotions and thoughts.
Nature has been proven scientifically to increase healing and both physical and mental wellbeing, and also reduce stress, anxiety and depression.
